Custom Massage

I use a mixture of the techniques that I've learned over the years and cater them to your needs. My approach is to make you as relaxed as possible which gives me the ability to work on your deeper tissues. No body is the same so this massage isn't the same for everyone. Please note that I will incorporate heavier pressure if you would like but I vary my pressure throughout the session and won't spend the entire time doing so.
Body Wrap

This luxurious treatment is designed to exfoliate your entire body as well as detoxify you. Using a mixture of scrubs and body masques, you will walk out feeling radiant and relaxed.
Pregnancy Massage

This massage is designed for the mothers to be. With your changing body comes aches and pains. I will help alleviate these with techniques that are safe for both you and your baby.
Heated Bamboo Massage

Using heated bamboo, I will be able to melt away the tension in your body. This is a great technique for anyone who enjoys deep tissue massages but want the added relaxation of direct heat being applied to the area as well as anyone who is looking for pure relaxation.
Visceral Manipulation

Can be added on to any service or by itself. Just schedule a Custom Massage and put in the notes you are wanting to have this be part of your service
Visceral Manipulation is a technique that helps to release any scared or adhered tissue in your abdomen. This can happen due to a surgery, soccer ball to the gut, a car accident, and many other reasons. While it may sound odd or painful, this is one of the most beneficial and gentle modalities that I do.
Hydrating foot massage

In this luxurious service, I blend techniques of relaxation, therapeutic, and reflexology in order to achieve the greatest benefit. I end the service with my home made Himalayan pink salt scrub to make your feet feel like new.
Thai Massage

This is an introductory rate for a few months as this technique is relatively new to me.

Also known as Thai Yoga Massage, or informally as ‘the lazy person’s yoga’ – combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques. The therapist will incorporate yogic stretching movements as they knead and press muscles along the body’s energy lines with the hands and feet. Thai massage combines the principles of acupressure whereby the Sen is stimulated, which is said to balance the energy system in the body.

The passive stretching can also help to open up the body which can help increase flexibility and relieve tension within the joints and the muscles. A Thai massage treatment typically begins at the feet with the client lying face down and is more energetic and rigorous than your usual massage. The therapist will also often use their hands and feet to apply pressure, and the treatment usually is done through the clothes, although oils and lotions can sometimes be used if requested.
